The formation of Lipton Rogers Developments reunited the co-founders of Stanhope, Sir Stuart Lipton and Peter Rogers. Their unparalleled creative and delivery capabilities have been the driving force behind many of the major iconic developments in London for over thirty years. With the addition of the market-leading investment and finance capabilities of Rupert Clarke as Managing Partner, Lipton Rogers Developments represents a formidable operating platform for the origination and delivery of major London development and regeneration opportunities.

Lipton Rogers Track Record

Lipton Rogers as a team has developed more than 30m sqft of major commercial and mixed use projects in and around Central London. Frequently at the outset these projects have presented significant complexities and challenges where Lipton Rogers have used their creative planning, design and construction solutions to deliver exceptional results.

Lipton Rogers’ principal activity has been focused on multiple and individual office developments in the City and West End.
