A derelict 62 acre site in the East End of London requiring a new type of mixed use development. A carefully balanced masterplan has been prepared to deliver a successful development which will bring employment and new homes to the Royal Docks.
Develop a new mixed-use London district of 7m sqft, incorporating major global brand hubs, offices, residential units and public space, encouraging a cross-fertilising effect. Phase 1 delivery designed to coincide with a new Crossrail station in 2018, with direct connection to Canary Wharf, the City and the West End.
Commencing in 2015, this development will take around 15 years to deliver.
