Quadrant

MAJOR CHALLENGES

A 420k sqft redevelopment of the Grade II listed former Regent’s Palace Hotel in a sensitive Central London location, in which both the high quality art deco interiors and the historic façades had to be retained.

CREATIVE SOLUTIONS

Meticulous restoration of the four 1930’s entertainment venues and careful treatment of all listed features, as well as modernisation of the building with installation of an environmentally friendly hydrogen fuel cell in the basement to service the wider Regent Street Quadrant block.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS

Creation of Grade A modern offices on the upper floors with prime retail and restaurant space at ground and basement level, as well as 9 luxury residential units; winner of Building Magazine’s Project of the Year in 2012.
