Large floorplates designed for the 1980’s financial boom. Skilfully designed public spaces, including the famous Circle, introduced the concept of after-work relaxation in the City. An attraction all year round, with an ice rink in winter and concerts in summer.
The exemplar for large scale urban redevelopment around the world. Set a new standard for quality of space both inside and out. Transformed secondary land into a prime City location, extending the City boundary by almost half a mile. Over 4m sqft delivered in 12 buildings.
